Sponsorship Benefits
Poster Recognition: All levels of sponsorship will benefit from their business name and phone number being published on a quality poster that will be distributed to every family who makes a donation to support the Music Department. The posters will also be displayed in the school for all to see. In addition, your business will receive a poster that you can display. This is a great way to show your support and let your customers see how you care about our students and our community.
Media Recognition: At most of our concerts and programs, we will have a Media Presentation running before and after the program. Your business will be a part of a special PowerPoint Presentation that will advertise your business and show your support of the Music Program at Northeastern.
State Fair Recognition: Every summer our High School Band and Devilettes compete in the State Fair Band Day competition at the Indiana State Fair. Each year we take out a full page ad in the State Fair Band Day Program. Businesses who support us at the “Gold”, “Red Devil” or “Golden Devil” levels will be recognized in this program. Thousands of people attend this competition and our Band and Devilettes represent our community well.
Program Recognition: When you provide a sponsorship at the “Red Devil” or “Golden Devil” Levels, we will have your business name and number placed on a plaque that will be placed in our band and Devillette programs. People see your name in the program when they attend our concerts and events. This is another way to advertise your business and show your support for the Richmond Music Program.
Equipping Sponsor Recognition: Equipping such a large music program with uniforms, instruments and equipment is no easy undertaking. If you choose to sponsor the Music Boosters at the “Golden Devil” Level, you will be helping us to make major equipment and uniform purchases that will benefit the students, helping them to achieve their full potential. To show our appreciation for your donation and support, your business will be listed on a professionally made sign to be displayed in the school. Let us know if you would prefer not to take advantage of this option.
Supporting the Music Booster Organization by purchasing a sponsorship will not only help us raise the money we need to equip the students at Richmond for success, but your business will receive advertising benefits at a very reasonable cost.
