All the way from Frisco, Texas, Dylan Shane is the new Head Band Director and music teacher at Richmond High School in Richmond Community Schools. He is a percussionist and an alumnus of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Dylan officially stepped into the head director role in July 2026. Dylan has worked as an educator, arranger, teacher and has ensemble experience across several Indiana high schools music programs and the university-level jazz and percussion groups. Welcome, Dylan!
